Supporting Distance Learning in Response to COVID19
The team at Goalbook understands how challenging this time is for our nation and how the impact of COVID-19 will have lasting implications for your students.
We have received questions from our school and district partners around the country about how Goalbook Toolkit can support distance learning. We wanted to provide educators with ideas for how our resources can be used during this time.
Goalbook Toolkit has resources that teachers can customize and send to parents and students to support distance learning. Many printable resources are editable, including quick assessments, graphic organizers, and UDL strategy resources.
Behavior and SEL Resources
It is critically important at various stages of child development to maintain routines that promote a sense of safety and independence. The Behavior and Social-Emotional Strategies include resources that can be sent to parents to support their children with behavioral challenges at home the same way they are supported in the classroom.
Reading Passages and Student Tasks
There are Anchor Pages for every grade level that help teachers design instruction for foundational skills in Reading and Math. On Anchor Pages you can find resources like Reading Passages, Graphic Organizers, and Student Tasks.
Instructional Strategies
The Browse UDL Strategies page allows you to access thousands of downloadable and printable resources connected to various reading and math strategies. Below are example UDL Strategy pages. You can also copy the web link from any strategy page and share it with parents.
